The Rigney committee is planning fundraising efforts for future renovations that will allow the venue to be used in a variety of ways to enrich the community, school and downtown area.

A structural condition assessment was completed in 2019 showing significant concerns with regard to the structure and roof. The first project consisted of repairs to mitigate roof leaks. Repairs were initiated to the main roof in November 2020 thanks to generous community-minded donors. 

Initial cleanout took place in March 2021. Two roll-off dumpsters were filled with water-damaged materials. 

Additional repairs to the high roof in the back of the building above the stage were completed in November 2021, thanks again to generous donors. An architectural firm has been engaged and the committee is now working on design and fundraising plans to help bring the structure back to life.
